Audience
This website is for developers, property owners, design professionals, community members, elected officials, municipal staff, planners, and business owners. Foundation
The foundation for this website is Landscapes3, Chester County's Comprehensive Plan that establishes a vision for preservation and growth for the county and its 73 municipal partners. Specifically, to implement the APPRECIATE Goal through Recommendation 7: Promote adaptive reuse and compatible development in historic areas to preserve their vitality and diversity while respecting their historic sense of place.
