The People's Light and Theatre Company moved to its current location is 1979. At the heart of their current campus, they adaptively reused an 18th century farmhouse and barn. The farmhouse is used for offices, housing guest artists, and a bistro. There are several additions to the restored barn allowing for the structure's use as a theater. This includes a public entrance and lobby, stage, and backstage facilities.
