Texas Eastern Greater Philadelphia Expansion Project
Texas Eastern Transmission, LP (Texas Eastern) is proposing to expand its existing pipeline system, through larger diameter piping and new pipeline looping, to provide natural gas transmission along or near the existing Philadelphia Lateral, serving areas southwest of Philadelphia, which runs from the Eagle Compressor Station to the Chester Junction in Delaware County. According to the Enbridge website, the proposed delivery points for shippers on this project are the existing Eagle Compressor Station and/or the terminus of the proposed Adelphia Gateway Pipeline. According to Texas Eastern/Enbridge, the project targets service commencement in spring of 2021.
