Energy Transfer Pennsylvania Access Project
November 13, 2020 — Energy transfer is pursuing a project entitled the Pennsylvania Access Project that will utilize their existing Mariner East 1 (8-inch) pipeline through a span from Westmoreland County (Delmont) in western Pennsylvania to Berks County (Montello). This line will flow refined products, from west to east, and is anticipated to go into use before the end of 2020. This project proposes no new infrastructure, and will have the capacity to provide 20-25,000 barrels per day of refined products. There are no plans to use the Chester County portion of the line at this time.
